Please don't take it personally. It was just my opinion as i have often seen desis behaving very unprofessionally. its not a comparison of desi vs non-desi or bla bla.. i expect that if someone is living in a civilized culture then they should behave like civilized people and should give the equal importance to the people they are hiring for their important life's event.
Very interesting choice of words you have here. There wasn't even a comparison of desi vs non-desi but somehow to validate any point on the forum, an insult towards one particular group is a must, isn't it? Should i just say taken as a compliment and move on now ...what do you suggest?
