if someone cannot fast due to pregnancy then she does not need to give fidya....
she has to make up for the missed fasts later, i.e. by fasting the missed number of days in other months....
fidya is only in a situation where the person is sick and unable to fast and apparently sees no cure to his sickness i.e. not allowing him to make up for his fasts, hence he pays fidya....
