2-tall - What is tall? must be taller than me and I am short...so its not too hard. This is because I (and I'd say most other girls) would want their man to be the 'protector' or seem like one!
3-good looking- Doesn't matter at all unless the person is on the other extreme end of beautiful, in my eyes. Ideally, I wouldn't want somebody much better looking than me either. Why? Because, honestly, that makes some of us girls insecure.
4-extremely rich- He should be well-settled or have the potential to be well settled. Money problems can ruin a marriage...so money is important. I'd also like us to work together to reach a financially comfy point in life. Actually an extremely rich guy would make me uncomfortable for exactly the reason PSquared stated. I have trouble asking for and spending even my parents' money even though I live with them.
