They dont sell goat curry. Only chicken curry. I have two options from the desi place here, veggie or chicken meals. The local restaurant has mostly sandwiches, and fast-food. I dont have transportation to go into town to get other stuff, so these are my main options.
I dooooooooooo notttttttttt dooooooooooo thatttttttt stufffffffffffffffffffffff. YUCK! faint
I am in schoolllllllllllllll till like 11 or 1AM every nightttttttttttttttt. But I feel sleepy even on da weekends when I dont do much but chill at home with my roomates. confused
Maybe its the fact that you have finals coming around, you may feel like doing everything BUT studying. That would happen to me especially around finals time; I would do all the things I needed to catch up on by procrastinating (i.e. organizing my sock drawer, rearranging my room, cleaning off my desk, writing letters to nani, etc.) and not studying. Then, by the time studying time came, I was sleepy and tired.
Anyways, drinking lots of water helped me stay awake. The reason was that I couldn't fall asleep because I had to keep running to the bathroom :) This is for real, and it really worked. Plus its good for your health too.
I would consider this except that one, I drink lots of water already, being from the South with all the heat and what not. Two, I have been feeling sleepy ALL SEMESTER LONG, not just during finals time.
I was asking my roomate and other friends if theres something in the water here that makes people extra sleepy, but they dont seem to have the same problem I am having.
So, its either my diet and lack of vitamins (I am sooo not for taking vitamin pills, I prefer eating the right foods which I dont do afsoos) or it could be one other thing I didnt think of.
When I was in undergrad, whenever I would read a book, I would get sleepy within 15 minutes of reading. This is because I never really studied in undergrad. So doing that new activity would just put me to sleep. I read more now, albeit last minute, but that doesnt account for the weekend sleepiness or the countless hours I spend online. hoonh
I think I am going to try cutting out some of the rice I eat and I am going to try to be consistent with my 30 to 45 minute workouts. Let’s see if that works.
Thanks for the suggestions. smile Feel free to add more if you have any.
Cut down on your sugar levels. Get checked for diabetes (do the glucose tolerance test). Exercise more. Drink green tea and chai. Make your sleep schedule more regular. Get a full physical done.
I had a physical done recently, Allah ka shukar hai I am fine in those respects. It’s just since i got to school I have been having this issue. sigh This wasnt the case in December. It started January, when I started school. hoonH
