Karelay, bhindi/okra, eggplant...eevvveerryyyttthhinnngggg. Idk if any of you know this - but it's a vegetable called 'chongay' - EXTREMELY bitter, imagine keralay x 1,000,000...but omg, chongay keema is so f'n good. I've only had it once in Pakistan, my aunt made them. But they're so good. Anyways, yeah I love keralay too though. But keralay and chanay ki daal is blekh.
I love roasted/grilled veggies. drool

Bhindi, arvi, matar, palak, methi, gawar, saim, turi, loki, kansi phal, gajar, moli, shaljam, gobi(with palak always) and what not except baigan.
Here in the UK, I fell in love with leek and zucchini! Also like water cress and kale!

Mushrooms, spinach, broccoli rabe, broccoli, potatoes and stringbeans are all favorites. Other stuff is ok.. but I can live without it.
Common fruits sometimes known as vegetables that I like are peppers, sweetcorn and some kinds of squash/pumpkin.

but i like bhindi and turai (ridge gourd) the most
