Karelay, bhindi/okra, eggplant...eevvveerryyyttthhinnngggg. Idk if any of you know this - but it's a vegetable called 'chongay' - EXTREMELY bitter, imagine keralay x 1,000,000...but omg, chongay keema is so f'n good. I've only had it once in Pakistan, my aunt made them. But they're so good. Anyways, yeah I love keralay too though. But keralay and chanay ki daal is blekh.
