ok ok…ummmm…kickboxing…kicking and punching the bag really helps

also…as mentioned above…long drives with some nice tunes playing makes all the difference as well.

Punching bags eh?

When iam down/sad,i would prefer doing these things..

2.) Listen to your fav songs

6.) Lock yourself and sob

10.) Read a book or write

i always tried water therapy. . . drink 1 glass of water with room temperature, 1 with cold water after 2-3 mins.. and my bladder always took over the feeling that was depressing me..

not-too-long-ago i used to go to gym in those depressing states.. used to give myself some of the best workouts with the heaviest weights i could lift..

i also used to light up a special mint-flavoured sheesha and smoke away...

punching bags i kinda felt bad cuz in back of ur head u're sorta visualizing abusing the person/reason that made u like that..

^ Blow-up a pic of theirs and glue it to the punching bag! Why just keep them at the back of u’re head :faizy:
