You are misquoting . You combind two different sentences together.
Ali Wahab is a young fool ( Her mother also not a wise woman)
and a wish could not be counted a threat.
Do you think Shahid Masood is a media person only.
He has been working as adviser.
Ansar Abbasi and Kamran Khan are openly working on political agenda.
They are politicians now.

That still doesn’t allow kids of political leaders (or even politicians) to threaten anyone.
