Arrogance is a huge problem with IK. He sometimes become very insulting.. it’s not easy to work with him. He takes rigid positions.. and once he is fixed on something, it’s very difficult to change his views. He lacks tolerance to listen to alternate views..
Basically he is not a leader who believes in collective wisdom and decision making. He is more of a military style leader..
