well, the irony is that i am disgusted by the stature of those who should be there to lead the way in Islam. How come they had to issue the fatwa on the eve of the bombing's anniversary. Condemning the bombing is one thing, but going one step further to start maligning religion in order to secure and protect their own lil' asses is something else. Where's the justice to the practice of religion or to its followers ?
Needless, to say that these actions may have made affirmative highlights in the newspapers, which directly lament their faith, but in reality it won't do them or their cause any good..

Read that the moment it came out, read his other book on OBL as well. But I wouldn’t read too much into it, cause of a few reasons.
a: it came out right before the elections certain CIA officials were planning to derail the US elections.
b: War on terror is a Psych operation as well
c: Read his article in NY times today.
d: watch him speak on CNN every now and then.

well, true enough. And, if OBL was in fact behind it, then Allah is to judge btw him and his actions. Now, did these morons viewed the evidence before passing on such a judgement.? the chances are probably not. What is the actual audacity and authenticity behind such a fatwa, which is issued not to follow and execute the exact code of Islam, but to appease the masses. And what kind of disposition and achievement will it hold in the true context of Islam let's say a month from now, probably zilch. it will probably hold an EQUIVALENT value as of an old news headline, and nothing more. But, hey they got their minute of fame and accreditation - probably more than enough for them...
