I don't agree to this. If she decides to enter in politics through her father's party, it will give tough time to PPP in Sindh especially Larkana seat.

Fatima supports her stepmother Ginwa who leads the PPP-shaheed group and they have had a zit in the elections in the past. I think Fatima knows this and thats why she has avoided politics in the past and just roams around in libraries and book launches etc. Very pretty girl tho with a hot arabic accent ;-)

Its an irony that sensitive people like Fatima, who know the problems of people and have ability to lead them keep themselves away from politics and when it comes to dumb people like Firdous Ashiq Awan they are not being allowed to leave the unjustified positions.

Admittedly, I don't presume to know much about Pakistani politics, however, I have been an admirer of Fatima Bhutto, and follow her colums & have read her books...it's a little insulting for you to pigeon hole her as just another peice of eye candy....regardless of what stigma her family lineage brings, the women is extremely intelligent, and has alot more to offer than just her looks and "hot arabic accent".

She passed her childhood in Syria due to exile of Murtaza Bhutto during Zia regime. Her step mother, who brought up her is also a Syrian.

She talks like the rich kids who attend American schools in Pak or Middle East. Nothing so arab about her accent, arab accent is not even so great to be honest, my arab friends can't say 'park' and 'tesco' properly (bark and desco).

Yes the one who paid laurels to the lifestyle of bhuttos in sindh. Now, we know what does that entail in sindh i.e. the indentured labor that maintains that lifestyle. Frankly, she is more out of touch with the needs of Pakistanis than imran khan.

She is just in another line of feudals who would be an elitist benazir if given the chance that she won’t get, unless the whole other bhutto family got wiped out in some freak accident. We need a middle class person in Pakistan as a leader who knows what it is like to live through hardship. Now, imran might not be completely middle class and I have policy differences with him, but I think he has seen a little hardship when he tried to build his hospital. Still, you see some of that thick headedness about policies that is reminiscent of his upper class roots.

Only if you found benazir pretty. She has more of an english accent.

Personally, she is an arrogant brat who should stay out of politics. Also, she now speaks highly of her aunt who she used to criticize vehemently before her death. Her focus has now turned only on Zardari and never ever acknowledges how her Dad was one of the biggest terrorists of the country. Now PTI has recruited some idiots, so they'd put her in if she's up for it but I really hope she clings on to her stubbornness and stays away.

She could easily won Larkana seat, if she chosen to follow that dynastic politics during 2008 elections. She always condemns that ‘Bhutto ka waris Bhutto’ slogans openly. Her articles shows that she knew the problems of common man. Its her choice not to enter politics.
