Girls these days maintain themselves more than ones from our mom’s generation. So, yes, it is possible. Almost all the Pakistani aunties I know are “big” and their daughters are all doing just fine…

this is a correct observation. All my khalas were over weight and none of my married cousins are. They exercise plus diet etc to maintain themselves.
