Fat man given cold shoulder

ANKARA - Turkey has turned down a request by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to visit Ankara citing the busy schedule of his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan (Chota - yeh sure ;)), Israeli embassy sources said today

Chota - First the Russians turn him down and now the Turkish, can’t he see the recent poll actually means something, lose some weight and tour Japan sumo!

*On Monday, Erdogan was forced to cancel a cabinet meeting because of a visit by Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt. *

So the Turkish PM could force himself to see the PM of Belgium, but was not prepared to see the war criminal from Israel who was just dropping by? Turkey is fast becoming one of my favorite countries. :)

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon faltered on Tuesday in an attempt to convince top Russian officials to drop their efforts to turn the Middle East peace “road map” into a binding United Nations resolution.

Duh!

Maybe Turkey was afraid of how they were going to arrange the dinner reception for Sharon? Still, he can always make a plan to visit Texas if no other place seems willing to play host to a war criminal for a few days.

Well certain people from Texas do regard such war criminals as 'men of peace', so he will get a warm welcome I'm sure.
