I wanted to add, losing weight is a pain the back!! Today I offically claim that I am not standing on the weight machine anymore. I swear I have stopped eating croissant/bread with butter and jam, instead tea with 2 rus (they are 35 calories each) I eat healthy lunch, like salad, I have an apple a day, for dinnner sometimes I have 1 roti or some rice and I am still not losing weight. I drink enought water, I have these fasting teas.

Saadia don't even pay attention that you are not loosing weight just eat with small portion but eat 5 to 6 times. avoid as much as you can sweet things. Atleast 45 mints to an hour cardio daily. Any kind of sports are good like racquet ball, squash, indoor soccer and most important..be happy and pray.
