fasting is good... Prophet of Islam use to fast on Mondays and Thursday..
Eid-milad, I dont believe in celebrating that... coz to me every day is Eid Milad un nabi... why our Paki muslim dedicate only one day in a year for him and honor this with methaee, lights, fireworks, etc etc....
please get yourself out of that well of stagnant thoughts...
