I don’t think with infidelity, it’s always about hotness. I don’t know wht other girls he’s been linked to but maybe the relationship with them filled some void that FM’s relationship left. And I dont necessarily think she’s trying to become whiter to keep her husband’s attention. Most desi girls have a white-girl complex anyways (not all but Ive seen a lot that do) and her features changing could just be her insecurity with being unhappy with the way she looks in general.
I don’t know too much about him but yeah, i’ve heard that he’s been involved with a lot of scandals so I don’t get why she gets painted in the worse light either. For what it’s worth, she seemed far more educated/classy (pre-all this weirdness) when I first heard about her and I was shocked she was marrying him.
