Actually No! Because if you read the complete sentence, then you’ll find out that Sindh in being ruled and neglected by Sindhies only and if anybody then they are to be blamed for sorry state of affairs.
And trust me when i say that, civil servants of Sindh, they are the real culprits here, and yes they are zillion time corrupt then the politicians…and this statement applies on all the province of Pakistan…
Now look at that Raisani guy for instance, eating uo funds which could have changed the life style of the province…and this is from one small and poor province…imagine what they be doing in cities like Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore and Multan…
