Farooq Leghari was the first Balouch President of Pakistan. He was perhaps not as corrupt as BB, NS, Zardari or Mushy or atleast there are no financial scandals about him. Unfortunately Leghari suffered from the same feudal mentality as the rest of them. Despite being educated at Aitchison College Lahore and Oxford University, he did little for the development of his constituency of Dera Ghazi Khan. It was even rumoured one time that he opposed moves to build new schools in his area but such is the mentality of most feudal politicians. He generally came across as a decent and sophisticated man

He did make few bucks selling Aimal Kansi.
