He was a part and partial of PPP government till dismissing that and after dismissal and being a part of conspiracy what he said was nothing more than saving his skin.

There was a very famous dialog by him. When Shaheed Benazir Bhutto asked him about rumors spread about him. He Said,
" B.B. main baluch hoon aur Baluch apni behnon kay sar say dupattah naheen utartatay"
“بی بی میں بلوچ ہوں اور بلوچ اپنی بہنوں کے سر سے دوپٹہ نہیں اتارتے”
Benazir was satisfied but what happened , You all know.
