England has made a change to their original 12 men squad by adding Collingwood and probably he will play on thursday. Are we allowed to include him in the squad?

No replacements are allowed whether a player is injured or dropped.

Yes Collingwood as added but has been released to play for his county as the wicket has eased up a bit.
and captain1 is right; no replacements are allowed.
