Maybe increase points for bowlers: 30 for taking wicket of a batsman and 15 for taking wicket of a bowler, given that fact that it is not normal for batting teams to get all out in ODIs and T20s and opportunities for run-outs are greater in ODIs.

Optional: If you want to work a little harder :P , maybe have bonus points for bowlers bowling more than 6 overs in ODI and costing less than 4 RPO (3-4 overs in T20)? Bouns for batsmen for scoring more than 30 runs at more than 120% SR?
