Well personally i think whole grains are good for your heart and health in general. I'm not a big meat eater anyways but i'm staying with chicken breast only now. I'm also having only brown rice now rather than white basmati.

yes…that’s why slim vegetarians, like hindu indians have a lot more problems of heart attack and diabetes, than fat meat eaters like western people:D

no they are not...they are full of toxins that are harmfull for human body...cereals are good to fatten cattle:D....and we are not cattle:D
