That is true, but who is the one who will make the claim that they know the Qur’an (i.e. the traditional Arabic), and the hadith (the customs, phrases and idioms of old Arabic) well enough to say such and such a hadith conflicts with the Qur’an?

Then also to be skilled and scholarly enough to see when ‘exceptions’ apply to the general Qur’anic injunctions?

I am learning Arabic as well.

Surah Baqarah

2:185 In the month of Ramadan Quran was revealed.

Sorah Qadr (Decree)

97:1 Indeed, We sent the Qur’an down during the Night of Decree.

Sorah Dukhan

44:3 Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night. Indeed, We were to warn [mankind].

44:4 On that night is made distinct every precise matter.

Quran is very clear that the destinies and decided in the night when Quran was revealed. That night is given 2 names, Layla tul Qadr and Layla Tul Muabarah which comes in Ramadan.
