That is true, but who is the one who will make the claim that they know the Qur’an (i.e. the traditional Arabic), and the hadith (the customs, phrases and idioms of old Arabic) well enough to say such and such a hadith conflicts with the Qur’an?
Then also to be skilled and scholarly enough to see when ‘exceptions’ apply to the general Qur’anic injunctions?
