freshly squeezed lemon water EARLY morning…make sure the water is room temperature. drink this before u eat or drink anything. it works for me…i noticed that if i stop drinking it …after a week my skin doesnt have that glow anymore…then when i start it up again…it glows again

How much do you drink? You mix lemon and water? Anything else?
