I don't think its haraam. But I suppose it is subjective to how strict people are. If your privacy settings are very tight, and you don't have your own picture up as your profile picture (defeats the purpose of FACEbook?) then I guess its totally fine. But I think its fine if you have hijaab on cos like gazillions of people see you everyday like that anyway so what's the difference? Allah knows best.
