Lol to the other people who responded, I was just asking because we always see the scenario when a guy messages a girl and the guys are usually weirdos, I wanted to do a role reversal.

Desperate for what? It’s a chat, a virtual communication no amount of desperation is useful in online communication.

Why not just disable the ‘send them a friend request’ button. That way, they can’t add you and you won’t be feeling all awkward about not accepting their requests.
