Your best bet is to start using a good sunscreen anytime you go outside and also get 40% lactic acid peels and start doing that once every two weeks.

If your friend is only putting the milk only on her face…then that doesn’t explain why her whole body is fair too. But yes, the concept works b/c of the lactic acid. Applying milk will eventually have a bit of a lightening effect too. But anyone doing a lactic acid peel will get the results faster.
