umm yes. i dont know what else to call it. hmmmmmm its like eyeshadow but for eyebrows. if tht makes sense !! But i DO agree with the pencil tht makes u look bit drag. But i like pencil sumtimes when i go for the arab look.

eyeshadow for eyebrows works great..and pencil isn’t always bad, you just need to be careful for it. and yeah, it greats for arabic eye makeup
