Associating any materialistic thing with the name of GOD is commiting SHIRK. You should edit your post. This is just a scientific phenomenon , just one of the countless wonders that GOD has created in the universe for mortal humans like us to see them and BELIEVE in the supreme creator.

This is similar to calling the Kaa'Ba as HOUSE OF GOD.
May Allah forgive our sins and show us the right path.

Its called a Helix Nebula,

This is an explanation i found: One day our Sun may look like this. The Helix Nebula is the closest example of a planetary nebula created at the end of the life of a Sun-like star. The outer gasses of the star expelled into space appear from our vantage point as if we are looking down a helix. The remnant central stellar core, destined to become a white dwarf star, glows in light so energetic it causes the previously expelled gas to fluoresce. The Helix Nebula, given a technical designation of NGC 7293, lies 450 light-years away towards the constellation of Aquarius and spans 1.5 light-years. The above image was taken with the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope (CFHT) located atop a dormant volcano in Hawaii, USA. A close-up of the inner edge of the Helix Nebula shows unusual gas knots of unknown origin.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah!i get supernova and nebula mixed up sumtimes-a nebula is a huge cloud of dust and gas and a supernova is the end of the life of a star!:slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :yahoo:

Its amazing but its not believable, because Allah does not need such kind of things. Allah is superior to all such kind of needs, it's just a need for worldly creatures. To believe in such things is just nothing but faithlessness in Allah. And a true believer of Allah can not even think of such things, its just not but a riduculous thing to Allah.

I think the 'Eye of God' title shows lack of respect and understanding but I'll assume some juvenille picked the title. Anyhow, the 'Nebula' sure does look remarkable, one day people will fly thru it with a space shuttle and snap close up pics and marvel at the beauty God has placed in this world for us..insha-Allah..
