The eye makeup is awesome!! I guess you get all those effects by blending more than 2 colours for sure. It turned out very pretty.
I wanted to know what kind of brand did you use. The reason being I think it effects a lot. I don't think the powder work as great as the shimmery ones. But then again you don't want to shimmery.
Anyway I just wanted to know if you don't mind telling.
apply base to entire eyelid -- very important to keep the integrity of whatever colour you wish to use.
apply gold to entire lid and extra in the crease.
apply maroon to outer corner of lid (in the shape of an arrow head)and extend into the crease (like a tail extending from the top edge of the arrow head)....but only 3/4's of the way starting from the outer corner.
don't be shy with the maroon. people never put enough and end up with a pinky look instead of maroon in the end. trust me.
now using a blending brush, start at the inner corner of the eye and blend outwards so the gold gets swept over the maroon. (gently use the same blending brush in your brow area to highlight....without adding any more eye shadow...there should be enough gold from your blending to do the highlighting.)
finally, using liquid liner, line the top of your lid with black and apply mascara.
