^oh i don't use just one brand for anything. i have brushes and eyeshadows from all different brands. and i actually don't own anything from urban decay!

aw thanks marwah. Do you have MAC brushes if so do you recommend any? I have heard so many good thing about 224. Tell us about your good brushes please :D

^i actually just started my collection. i only have the 187 right now, which is the stippling foundation brush. and i have to admit, i was a little skeptical buying it because of the price tag, but it does give your face a very smooth air brushed look (even if you have bad skin!). so i definitely recommend that one. the 224 is next on my list, i've heard great things about it also. so if you get it, let me know how it is! my 2nd fav brush that i use is a crease blending brush from clinique, and it works amazingly. it's dense, yet soft and it's just the right size to get the eye shadow on the crease neatly.
I have the 187 and 108 and they are both amazing for foundation...def. prefer 187 and wished I had another for blush application..but it's so expensive! I am thinking of buying 224 this week cause i am going out of town and apparently makes application so easy! I hear stila # 9 and 224 are very similar to each other. debating between the two (points at sephora vs. no point at mac)..will post which one i end up buying

i use urban decay’s eyeshadow and i LOVE them. i actually got interested in eye makeup because of urban decay’s eyeshadow.

what's the 108? i didn't think there was a 108.
for face 187 is definitely one of the best, i have been using it for years. both with liquid foundation and MSF.
for eyes my favs are: 263 (pro) and the 213. 219 is pretty good too if you like to create smokey looks.

for the first look i used mac's silver pigment, nyx's light green ultra pearl mania, and a dark green eyeshadow from the 88 matte palette
for the second look i used nyx's golden ultra pearl mania, mac's silver pigment and some random pink eyeshadow, i can't remember the name

these are pics from when i was testing out mac's mineralized eyeshadows in the colors gilt by association and blue flame. i love the eyeshadows but i don't really like the way the makeup came out, but i'll post the pics anyway.

and thanks for the compliment on the eyebrows! i'm a little eyebrow concious b/c i don't get them done, i just tweeze them myself. so i feel like they never look too good.
