suraiya and marwah.. what eyeliner do u guys use??!! i love that deep black rimming of the eyes look but i can never get it like that! once my friend said she used liquid liner on the top and a black eye pencil on the bottom waterline but i still couldnt achieve that look.. i like when the top one is thick and black and the bottom line is thinner but very black as well... what products are u using? some people even use black eyeshadow and apply with a thin eyeliner brush but i tried that too and it came out messy.. please advise!

i use a black liquid eyeliner by prestige..works great and it's only $8. if you show me an exact picture of how you like it, i'll do it and post pictures and tell you how i did it.

I do that often as well, liquid eyeliner on top and pencil on the bottom..liquid tends to be too harsh/messy for the lower part. But these days i am all about creme eyeliner…so far i’ve only one from Loreal HIP.. plus i also use pencil inside of my eyes.

people use kajal inside the lid but i don’t like the way that looks on me so i used white eyeliner instead. you can get any brand, just make sure the pencil is soft, that way it’ll apply easily. i used lancome’s eye pencil but i don’t reccomend it, it’s a ridiculous amount of money just for an eye pencil. hope that helps!

I’ve heard white eyeliner helsp u look “awake” and makes ur eyues bigger.. i will definitely try this. :rotato:

okay guys, ima bit of a loser when it comes to makeup..not at all creative like you guys. but i go for like simple yet smokey looks. i loved penelope cruz’s look here, do any of you know how to do the bottom (and top if you’re in a good mood) part of her eyes? because it seems like as if she’s used black eyeliner and then a black eyeshadow to smokify the bottom right under where the black eyepencil should sit

and also, which black eyeshadow do you recommend i use?

step 1: added primer an used a black eye shadow to go over eye brows (to add thickness)

Step 2 : I used a gold base for the eyes,

step 3: applied a natural an a shimmery brown eye shadow to the lid of the eyes

step 4: applied a black eye shadow at the bottom of the eye

step 5: applied a eye pencil on top an bottom of eye an used a pencil brush to smudge it out

step 6: added thick eye lashes an masacara (after curling them)
