“I am happy to be back. We have been living in fear all these months. We have no anger against anyone in the village,” said Fathima Beevi, 55, who came with her three children.
“We were never against peace in Marad. The problems arose because politicians mingled here and everyone opposed everyone else,” said P K Muralidharan, a local teashop owner.
“We hope peace will reign here forever,” T H Mustaffa, a local Muslim, said.

Hindus gathered at Ayodhta in Dec 1992, brought down a Babri structure, but no other functioning Mosque was touched. (Hindus gathered were appr 6 lacs.)
Muslims started Bombay riots and there was a reaction.
Gujrat riots were a pure reaction of Godhra massacre.
A Secular State gives equal right to all, and must not mean an Appeasing State (for a minority). This some so-called soft Hindu guppies must know! Better they learn to talk the truth.

so why don't we just go to hindia with my muslim friends and tear down a piece of the structure of your holiest temple. You can't get mad since you condoned yindoos doing the same thing to babri masjid. and bombay riot was started due to the fact of babri demolition so actually yindoos started it. and why are you so sure that godhra train thing was started by muslim.
All these massacres were carried out peacefully, for the sake of peace, by a peaceful religious doctrine using peace loving Hindus.
In fact, I have seen some true colours shining brightly from some of our resident Hindu activist guppies. They know who they are.
On one Forum they are condoning violence and on another they are labelling others as not being 'peacelovers'.
When I owned Care Homes for the Mentally Ill, I honestly thought that the patients had serious mental problems. In comaprison, I was way off target and wrong.

well what are you talking of ? the word reaction is being used as a cover up to the slaughter thats being carried out?
what must have japan done as a reaction to bombing of nagasaki and hiroshima?
all this talk is nothing but a cover up to killings of muslims that being carried out by people in highest authority
riots have been a part of the landscape of indian subcontinent since pre independence days but since last 10 15 years in india there have been only anti muslim voilence
the govt esp in gujrat has used riots as a means to destroy muslim life and property
this is a very dangerous development where the mobs are led by none other than the ruling party chief minister, where police have been a part of the mob and infact police officers who have acted against the rioters have been transferred what kind of society is this?

Someone, someday will definitely exploit their feelings, and off course a process has started.
Muslims in India must agree that they are a minority community and must give up rigid ness; there will never be any reaction from Hindus.
Hindus killed Muslims in Bombay or Gujarat riots, a real barbaric act…will a Muslim talk the same way for Muslims who started those riots or for the killers of Godhra?
(I am sure India is the only country in the world where a majority community cannot build a temple of their own choice.)

i agree to what yahudi(anand) had told. it is long v had seen scores of pploicies to appease muslims.what else would u say in shahbanu's case n many more. iam not telling that hindus also need such polygamy r such things.what iam referring to is that in the name of minority rights they tend to take too much.had they offered anything for minorities in their own country.
enough is enough with constant appesement.my native place has become a muslim area with the temple there pulled down for after alleged dilapitation in structures. these things seldom come out in press r open lest they can be embarrasing minorities.
