its not a good practice to use foods for body masaj.
I know 100% women do such practices but its disgrace for the food.

I think i should increase water intake,not to sleep at water bed.

yes its also ok. but sleeping at water bed will provide moisturizer to your skin for as along as you sleep.

aur waisay bhi, dresses tau hotay he kharab karnay kaliay.

Off course ! Experiment is the condition.
After a masaj of any oil or cream at body directly, it becomes dry.
But a wet dress (by almond oil) will keep your skin wet.
Just use for few days.

keep your skin moisturized using a gentle cleanser and a good rich moisturizer! don’t forget hydrating maques are good for nourishing dry skin too + use a gentle exfoliater than a harsh one in winter.
I recently started using Jurlique’s Calendula Cream and it’s probably one of the best moisturizer i’ve found for my dry skin in winter …you must try it!! and thank me later :clown:

I used to try all sorts of different moisturizers. Lately I've tried experimenting, and just use Vaseline as a moisturizer on my face. I know it sounds strange, putting such greasy jelly on your face, but my skin hasn't had any negative reaction to it. It feels smooth, soft, and moisturized.

And it's cheap!

ditto to what every1 else said. also try rosehip oil or a moisturizer containing rose hip oil like “rosa Mosqueta” moisturizer by aubrey organics. I was prone to getting extremely dry and flaky skin in winters but ever since i started using it my skin has been cured (lol sounds like a commercial for the product doesnt it? )

sahar02,actually my skin is dry as well as sensitive,so its not easy for me to apply vaseline on the face,cuz i'm scared of side effects.

yep u r right health is more important than dresses but nowadays an ordinary cotton suit costs 500-700 including tailor charges, BTW,wet dress with almond oil will never dry???

wash your face with this twice a day

and then apply Nivea cream on your face

I think weather especially in winter it becomes more dry.

and you bathe with really hot water .
this makes the skin very dry .
you should use lukewarm water . or just hot

I had the same issues but haven’t had any bad side effects. Maybe try it in a small area.
