Government officially hasn’t cited who did it..unofficially it is said that indian mujahideen(desi jihadists) have done it..there are reports that same cell which carried out blasts in pune recently..did this..
Nothing will come out of blaming pakistan for it..home minister specifically cautioned against speculation…nothing will change even if it is found that some pakistanis are behind it..people die in dozens in blasts there so frequently…hope this killing of civilians stops for both countries
