I am not sure about the exact reason but if I had to guess, it was that there was no endoresement on GS. Most of the orders for ED come through website or FB.
Anyway, to PM anyone, click on the name, a small box with options will appear. Second option on the left says private message, click on that and it will open a page through which you should be able to send a message.
I’ve requested clients to send pictures of their bridal and expect to upload them on FB soon. You can join closed group (you will have to send invite to join) to check bridals made by ED here www.facebook.com/groups/easterndresses
P.s. I don’t recall receiving your query for bridal though or may be you used a different screen name on FB?
