There are many things in technology which may be labelled as smart but again, it would depend on your definition of smart in this context.
If by smart, you mean the gadget will perform its work without running to kitchen to take a break or stop in between for show on TV; OR that gadget has helped mankind in tasks, then some of the things would be:
Fridge
Laundry Machine
PC
Microwave
Vaccum Cleaner (like you mentioned in post #1)
Calculator
...and so on
