It's very good for mey personal development, it gives me opportunity to prove my skills and show them them my capability.
Also allows me to be at the forefront for 3-4 months.
There are no restrictions I can start and finish any time or work from home.
Manager was really good guy, my new manager is really nice person, I am working with her at present on a project where we are both developing leadership qualification and also have know her for a year and half.
She has done some work for us.
Many ppl were surprised that I didn't apply for that job.
