I'm going through one at the moment. I feel very upset and can't find a very good reason for it, other than the fact that I wasn't as nice to a lady at work as I should've been. This, however, is only a partial reason.

I wish I could figure it out, but can't really seem to put my finger on it. Perhaps it's many things put together that are bothering me so much.

Ughh... I hate this feeling.
