Well, that was pretty obvious, but things are not turning out the way he wanted. Everybody knows that lota justices will rubber stamp martial law, but if these 3 judges refused to sit on the bench that at minimum will be an embarrassment to him and the junta. It will rob the whole exercise of legitimacy which is what he wants it so badly.
Even the lowest of these lota judges do not want to scoop as low as Musharaf wants them to get....
