OK…I get it now. Since Pak govt failed to protect everyone, its fine that they failed to protect their minorities ? Superb logic 
The Muslims killed by Taliban were not killed for their religion. They were killed because they were suspected to being govt agents, not ahdering to Taliba dictats etc.
However, the Hindus & Sikhs were victimized BECAUSE they were non-Muslims. I dont see how you can equate the two
