It doesn't mention who filed the FIR, which particular "thana" where the FIR was filed, besides so far only one person has been arrested (not sure what the law states and which particular para/chapter was violated). It doesn't even provide text of FIR. All it does is cry "persecution". I agree that there is persecution and what not but this particular article in question doesn't seem to provide much material in that sense.
you're right it doesn't say where the report was filed, who filed it, etc or what chapter the man violated, i wish i knew
there may be further development on this story, hopefully some of these questions will be answered, if i find anything i'll post it here
