ok whenever i go to pakistan,i came to hear and i always get confused ,like why people say that.what image do they have of north america,as if money is growing on trees ,and we just get it from there.

Actually in Pakistan the people think we r here in great comfort out of hassle, just relaxed all day doing lots of shopping in weekends, in long weekends we enjoyed long drive on highways etc. They think we have dollar tree in our yard and we spend generously and If we spend money carefully in Pakistan they amazed.
