i agree with u..there is no shortage of competent doctors but i was surprised recently when my aunt needed a liver transplant in Karachi. she was told by her doctor that this kinda a transplant aren't done in Pakistan and that she had to go to India to get it. she applied and got the visa on compassionate grounds and she went to india and received the transplant.
i'm reallly surprised that how come liver transplant is not done in Pakistan :(**
