What a match. I was rooting for England in this match and what a fight by Bopara and Nixon. What an innings!!!
SL Were lucky i must say. They certainly looked panick stricken at the end.

Nice batting by bopara.. poor kid he’ll be disappointed. But did you guys notice how at one time theres all desi people on the ground. All of Lanka’s team and 2 desi english batsman

^ This happened during last year when Pakistan toured England. At one stage Mahmood and Panesar were batting for England.

You guessed it right. Sadly one of your favourite 'gora' teams is out. I have been saying it all along that Aus, SLA, NZ and SA will qualify for the semis (even before Pak and India were knocked out of the world cup)

*Once again, that's the second match out of 40. You need to b*tch slap yourself for even watching matches involving Bangladesh and Ireland.
Lanka, Lanka, Lanka :) . Loving watching them perform. Sangakkara needs to score runs if they want to move past the semis, however. And they need to stop losing so many damn wickets in the death overs. I said this before the World cup as well, they lack big hitters at the end of the innings. Besides this though, they have everything to win the tournament. Maharoof and Atapattu can't find spots in their team; shows how strong they are at the moment.*

Nobody can prove that Pakistan would have done any thing different then Ireland either...They already had shown their pathetic performance in their group games....They have already given their kick A$$ performance to appease the fans like yours..
I love the Lankans i hope they go to the top & kick out the Aussies.

Very good finish to the match. Was impressed by Ravi Bopara batting and mental toughness considering he is new to international cricket.
