England v India - First Test.

Re: England v India - First Test.

I hope so.

Re: England v India - First Test.

Its India loss if England gets a draw out of this result

Re: England v India - First Test.

if England gets a draw...khan sahib yay aik aisa tamancha ho ga hindustan kay gaal par jiss kee goonj zamanay bhar may sunai day gee...aik zilat bhari dastan ho gee yay....

and i am not being racist or anything...it is a plain fact...india made the most spinning wicket which it is completely entitled to....no DRS per its demand....got a lead of 350 odd runs and still could not finish it.... but my cricket sense telling me that hindustan will prevail in the end

Re: England v India - First Test.

Goonj uthi shehnayee

Re: England v India - First Test.

LOL....southie uncle never gets upset! a typical Indian southern gentleman!

good luck tomorrow..i am kind of neutral in this series...not a fan of England ... what a boring team for last 35 years (after botham, gower, mike brearly era) but dont want india to win everythig either! hey at least I am being honest!

Re: England v India - First Test.

Phoenix - Mike Brealey was a boring batsman. One of the first to wear a helemt. I think he wore a helmet on his first Indian tour against them awesome Indian pacers!

Re: England v India - First Test.

but at least he was a character.....a strategist... a smart tactician but yeah pathetic batsman....wearing helmets in india would have been a scene..that is what i meant..he wasnt boring in person

gower was the most stylist player in last 40 years or so

botham was a big character..but after them england is just BORINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Flintiee and KP brought some magic back but not enuf!

Re: England v India - First Test.

India is winning :D

Just one more run needed. I know I could have waited but still

Re: England v India - First Test.

India has won.. 2 more to go.

Re: England v India - First Test.

A relief!

Re: England v India - First Test.

True. Mike Brearley was a great captain. David Grower reaaly stylish batsman. Botham of course was superb all rounder.

Re: England v India - First Test.

how about Geoff Boycott...i heard that he was a great player and that he performed very well on his come back after retirement?

Re: England v India - First Test.

He was one of the most boring batsmen!

Re: England v India - First Test.

hayeN? really? how? why did i hear good things about him then? you tell me why he wasn't a great player?

Re: England v India - First Test.

Being boring does not mean one is not a good or great player.

Re: England v India - First Test.

was it his 246 [the slowest ever] in 1967?

Re: England v India - First Test.

nikkal to nahieen gaya pant may?

Re: England v India - First Test.

I did not follow his career that closely.

Could be.

Re: England v India - First Test.

England team sucks big time

No exciting players no intensity

Looks they dont want to win against India

Third class performance by them

Re: England v India - First Test.

On a side note we whitewashed England inside 4 days of each test match
