I am only to lock threads on request if they are asked to be locked by the initial poster or if the person they are directed towards does not want to be discussed in such a matter.

Well, I got bored one night and started opening a bunch of threads screaming at the Mods to ban me. I was warned like 3 times by Shikra and he had to delete all of my threads and stuff. Baychaara 
Anyways, so yea then I got banned.

and this thread is directed to some other EMM, not evilmastermind, (you can’t prove that it is towards evilmastermind can you, there’s not only one EMM on earth 
)
So I rest my case, you can’t lock it unless the other EMM (the one it was really directed to) comes and tells to lock this thread
