Tell you what, I like this idea and I, as a mod, can help.
Get the nomination process started for each post. Once we finalize the nominees, I can open a voting there where people can cast their vote. Whoever is elected whatever, I (only I) can PM Mr. Custom and ask him to add "Cafe's Official Nazim", "Cafe's Official President" etc.

Ok, I found mistakes in my own post :D
There = Thread
When I said I'll PM Mr. Custom and ask him to add it to our existing custom titles.
But someone (and only one person) will have to take the responsibility of coming up with a process (open a thread and ask people to nominate til a certain date), then take 3-4 names of people who got the most nominations, PM them to me and I'll open the voting thread.
One thread for each post.

I think CB and / or Umme baji will be the ideal candidates to open and manage that thread. AQ and myself can supervise them…
