The guy he is up against there is an independent candidate who looks in a comfortable position, and the PMLN contender does not have much votes. I do not think Tareen will win (mostly because of his past association with Musharraf, although I have heard PTI folks saying he did alot of work there).

if he was "delcared" winner, how the results were "stopped" than? once declared means results were complete.
what i feel could have happened is, by night, half of the counting was done and he was leading, results keep updating on all TV channels polling station by station (not all stations of one constituency in one go). when it finished by morning his opponent had got more votes may be because the counting in "his voters area" was done later? not possible? and whats your source that he was declared winner? other than fake articles, tweets, and random posts on fan pages, or even posts on GS

conference MQM’s leader Mustafa Kamal said Election Commission Pakistan disrespecting the MQM’s mandate on NA-250.

Speaking in a press conference he criticize ECP for mismanagement in the election and said that women waited for 4 hour on the polling station in order to cast a vote
He further said that although MQM wasn’t able to carry election campaign due to law and order as well as terrorism particularly before elections but still the workers without concerning security threats contributed in the election.

no on tv geo and ary announced him, n tht halka shows more than 100 % turn out, something fishy definetly

I believe it was ARY that declared him a winner right away. Correct me if I am wrong, but if it was just ARY then that was an unofficial callout by a television channel.

ok if you say so, then its pretty easy to ask both the channels to submit the recording of announcing him winner, in court or election tribunal and mystery will be solved.

turn out more than 100% to khud IK kay halkay main bhi hay, aur mostly this above 100% turnout is in KPK, PTI never demanded recount there, why? now if the creators of "white paper" observe the objections public raising on their argument, and they include those constituencies as well, then its a different story, till today there was no demand of recounting in KPK by PTI.

raat ko capital talk mei shireen mirza ai thi un ne kaha jahn bhi hai wahn re counting yeah re polling honi chahye, mei bhi kehti hun, jahn jahn ki reports han wahn wahn karai, no issue pti said it clearly k jis jis ko jahn issue hai, humay koi aitraz nhi hai, n mazy ki baat batu yeah un polling booth k result 100 % se zayada han jahn pti hari hai you know ek seat k kitney polling station hotay han more than 200 , even javed hasmi ki seat pe bhi 100 % zayada hai aur us polling station pe bhi javed hashmi haray han, pti ne tu yehi kaha hai k jahn jahn complaints hai ap kary

exactly kyun k khuch areas pe phele se thapa laga kr logo ko dya hai , aur khuch areas mei logo ko vote nhi dalnay dya. agr rigging nhi hui , tu sub samne a jai ga, yeah right hai ap ka , agr ap ko kahin doubt hai tu ap complaint kary iss mei koi bari baat nhi, aur sirf pti ko issue nhi hai, all parties are claiming bus pti ko high light kiya ja raha hai. aj jamat e islami ne bhi kaha, ppp ne bhi kaha ha, chaudry shujat ne bhi kiya.

i don't have so much insider's info to comment on exactly which polling station who lost, neither i've verified that this data is published on ECP site, but i take your words. re-counting is reasonable choice, if that results in +100% again it means there was rigging, in that case re-polling on selected stations only. this is the way to go.
