GEO news has created false hype based on predicted seats with only few percent votes casted. They showed 'winning speech' of Sharifs and after this, the administration has stopped ALL results from PTI's leading constituencies in Lahore. Presiding officers not releasing the results. Shafqat Mahmood has raised this point on media and we need to create pressure on administration to release the results.

everyone is saying that Pakistan has spoken and we must accept it but the elections dnt seem representative of the people who voted. My friend from Lahore said that all of them voted for PTI so the results are a shock for them too
I'm simply pleased that there was no great loss of life or damage to property (relatively speaking) during this process. Alhamdulillah! In itself, this is a sign of progress for our nation and we should see that as an indication of times to come insha-Allah.
Primarily the predictions of "one term for PPP and one term for PML" were already there and, for many, a foregone conclusion.
The next five years will serve as the proving ground......let's hope for the best.

I wouldn't know Aaliyah. People back home would know how to do that. I am just closely trying to watch for updates from the official PTI page & not draw any conclusion yet. I am probably one of the very few that still have faith.

Overall it was a great election with great turnout and it really doesn't matter who wins at the end. As long as the elections are largely fair and transparent.
In Karachi and Hyderabad, however free and transparent re-election MUST take place!!!

i just spoke to my brother and some other friends in detail.....now i am a bit more depressed.....man it is a huge defeat for PTI in punjab considering how much time PTI spent there....huge failure.....
out of 150, PTI will hardly win 12 and out off those 12 few are attributable to politicians like hashmi and quresi........Faisalabad, naorwal, sheikupira, gujranwala, sialkot, lahore....
it is pretty much a complete sweeping defeat for PTI with huge margins...
you can call me whatever you want, but PTI needs to sit and analyze all of this..
